Carl S. Moore, Ph.D.

Dr. Moore is Founder and Lead Architect, Human Literacy Institute, and Past President, POD Network in Higher Education. His career spans two decades of work in learning science, leadership development, and educational transformation across universities, community colleges, and corporate environments. He holds a Ph.D. from Temple University in urban learning science.
